I felt a little sluggish this morning when my alarm clock went off, but I’m finally waking up!
My morning started off with three eggs and a cup of pumpkin spice coffee. I’m addicted! On the way to work, I continued my breakfast with a sliced honeycrisp apple and almond butter. I ran out of Justin’s almond butter today, so I need to pick some up ASAP! I’m not exactly sure if it is Whole 30 approved, but I’m just going with it. Don’t rain on my parade if it’s not!

Skillet sweet potato, sausage and sweet potato hash from So Good Paleo
Zucchini noodles with creamy roasted tomato basil sauce from Running to the Kitchen (omitting a few ingredients, like cheese!)
The Paleo kitchen pumpkin waffles from PaleOMG. I know in the Whole30, you aren’t supposed to re-create foods. But, this is something completely different, right! What’s a waffle? 😉
One of my best friends sent me these swimming workouts that I’m excited to try out! I’ll be modifying them to my skill level.
I’ve done this ab workout twice now and love that the last move makes me shake. Core workouts not involving planks are quickly becoming my go-to.
Doing this barre-inspired arm workout really makes my arms feel the burn! I complete it two or three times.
